Obesity, government, and cheese

I feel like this is a tired point, and yet still needs to be made: higher rates of obesity cannot be attributed to individual choice alone. Structural decisions made at levels that affect masses (such as legislation that applies to a nation of over 300 million) need to be evaluated for their impact. *sigh*
