peanut butter cup redux

I have been making chocolate peanut butter cups for the Chavurah for almost five years now. Reminders for next time:

525 g dark chocolate
255 g peanut butter
no sugar
120 ml (1/2 cup) graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon salt

Use more than half the chocolate in lining the cups, maybe 60 or 70%.

Cut them in half, muffin paper still on, facing down on a cutting board.

Making a double batch took about 3.5 hours.
