Cheese wheel

I’ve tried feta, roquefort, pecorino sardo, pecorino romano, camembert, ricotta, cream cheese, mascarpone, gorgonzola, munster, brie, fontina, paneer, monterey jack, provolone, gouda, cheddar, queso oaxaca, swiss, gruyère, emmental, grana padano, parmegiano-reggiano, parmesan, asiago, comté, and muzzarella di bufala, which means I have 39 to go. I’ve made one myself (paneer), made friends recently with one in France (comté), and had one tonight for the first time in zucchini-black bean quesadillas (monterey jack).
